CMA will have normal practice times (5:30am-6:30am; 6am-7am) on Wednesday, 23 November. Friday practice (25 Nov) will be from 7am-8am.
Coached workouts (25-yard short course): Mon, Wed, and Fri from 5:30a-6:30a, 6a-7a, or 5:30a-7a
